INC-Soft signs a contract with Anwar Al-Qatami Company to Implement Microsoft RMS and MS-Dynamics GP for 23 Showrooms in Kuwait, Lebanon, Iraq and Jordan.

Anwar Al-Qatami Company ranks among the biggest retail vendors in the country and one of the earliest companies to meet the market demand of products sales of leather items like bags/Shoes and other products like Watches.

These products are promoted through various showrooms in Kuwait, Iraq, Jordan and Lebanon under the names like STEPS, SHOWBOX and AL-NIBRAS.

Afforded solution was divided in following two sections which break down to several implementation phases.

1. Implementing Microsoft Retails Management Software (MRMS)
2. Implementing Microsoft Dynamics-GP as a back office for AL-Qatami Operation.

The Results - The solution provided by INC is playing a very vital role for Anwar Al-Qatami Company since its implementation. The successfully implemented RMS solution is handling day to day sales and purchasing of the items through various showrooms where the GP solution collects the summarized accounting information to provide various financial and customer/vendor related reports to the Management. This in turn has increased the efficiency and productivity of the people by saving time and cost.

The Solution - The Management decided to find a comprehensive solution for all its complex and challenging needs, a deal was finalized with INC to achieve this objective or maybe exceed it. Complete analysis was carried out by INC Team in co-ordination with the management in Anwar Al-Qatami Company and a comprehensive solution was provided.

INC-Broadcast wins a big contract for Equipment supply for Kuwait TV – Outside Broadcast Dept. the equipment are planned for use in the near future to refurbish two OB trucks that Kuwait TV already has.

INC will supply Kuwait TV with Six LDK 500 Cameras, Two Kayak DD2 mixers, Two M-Series Disk Recorders by all Thomson Grass Valley. Furthermore, INC will supply two Yamaha DM2000 Audio mixers, six Sachtler video 18 tripods as well as number of state of the art broadcast equipment.

INC Broadcast also won a contract for design, supply, install, commission and train complete turnkey project for Qatar TV studio Annex. The project consists of five Thomson Grass Valley LDK400 cameras, a Kayak 300 SD mixer, the new K2 Grass Valley video server and a concerto router system.

Furthermore, the studio will be equipped with a beautyshoot camera by Grass Valley, and complete monitoring system by Kroma Telecom.

INC Broadcast signs a contract with Aya’an Leasing Co. for establishing Broadband Wireless Connectivity between their branches in Kuwait City, Shuwaikh and Al-Rai area.

The project will enable Aya'an Leasing Co. to gather all their branches that are distributed over Kuwait under one high speed wireless connectivity network using RedLine Broadband solution products.

INC Broadcast successfully finished the implementation of United Networks Routing project for their Broadband TV service. The project was done in conjunction with Thomson Grass Valley. Two concerto routers and a Jupiter control system by Thomson were smartly designed to meet the current requirement as well as having the capabilities for future expansion.

The whole system is monitored using two fully loaded Miranda K2 multi image display system for smart view.

INC has a service contract with United Networks – UCC to support the whole system implemented.

INC Broadcast signs a contract with Al-Hani Construction Company (Main Contractor) for design, supply, install, commission and train complete turnkey project for New Kuwait TV Center in Shuwaikh area.

As part of this contract, INC will be responsible of all the Video/Audio, Lighting, Acoustic Consultancy, Grounding and Telephone Systems.

The project consists of Two Studios, Two Edit Suits, one Virtual Studio and one Master Control Room.

INC Soft has been chosen by Raeen Trading Company to implement Microsoft RMS and MS-Dynamics GP.
