Annual Maintenance Contracts
INC follows a strong after sales service policy and has received praises in this regard from different sectors in the market.
INC takes up any maintenance contract pertaining to maintenance of personal computers, printers and scanners etc.
The following policy and procedure is followed by INC's highly dedicated Operations & Services Department in taking up
and executing maintenance contracts.
TYPES OF MAINTENANCE
If you are concerned about repair costs, INC offers monthly maintenance contracts for server, workstations, and laser
/ Dot matrix equipments, Microsoft products and network.
By paying an annual fee, you receive factory-trained service, labor, and repair parts for your equipment.
Standard Maintenance Contract. (4 Hour and 8 Hour)
This contract allows for a maintenance engineer to be onsite to repair your equipment within 4 to 8 hours between
the hours of 9am and 5pm from Saturday to Thursday. The contract includes all travel to and from the location of the equipment,
all work carried out onsite to repair the equipment and any parts that have to be replaced due to normal operation
5 Day Return to Factory Maintenance Contract
This is a cost effective alternative to on-site maintenance, the equipment is returned to our depot where it is
repaired within 5 working days. The contract includes all parts and labor costs.
Preventative Maintenance Contract
By maintaining your equipments on a regular basis, potential faults can be detected more quickly and save down time.
Engineers will produce a complete report on the operation of all equipments on-site as well as ensuring your equipments
are working to their optimum efficiency.
Emergency Exchange Program
For customers with no maintenance cover or with equipments covered only under warranty; INC provides an emergency equipment
exchange, should your equipment develop a fault and stop working. The exchange equipment will be shipped within 24 hours
anywhere in the Kuwait.
